Attention CLIU 21 Staff and Community, In response to Governor Wolf directing all schools to close, the CLIU will be closed beginning March 17 th through March 27 th . The CLIU will open on March 30, 2020. Throughout this closure, only identified essential staff will be permitted to enter the Central Services Office in Schnecksville and the CLIU Transportation Building in Walnutport. If anyone calls the CLIU Main Offices, please understand that it may be a few days before messages are received and returned. If you need to contact someone, please see the link below to a list of Director’s emails. They will redirect your message to the appropriate department or staff member. We ask for everyone’s cooperation and we request your continued patience as we all do our best to navigate these challenging and unprecedented events related to COVID-19. Thank you. The CLIU uses a "regional team" approach and through cooperation and collaboration among school districts and community agencies, provides innovative, responsive, and cost-effective programs. It is the job of the Intermediate Unit to facilitate inter-district cooperation, provide educational and administrative services to schools, and function as a link between the Pennsylvania Department of Education and local school districts.
